By accessing or using Quizzings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Quizzings is a web-based platform that allows users to upload PDF documents and generate AI-powered quizzes from the content. The service uses artificial intelligence to process documents, create summaries, and generate multiple-choice questions for learning and assessment purposes.

3. User Accounts

To use Quizzings, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quizzings to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any PDF documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant Quizzings a limited license to process, analyze, and generate quizzes from your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Quizzes and summaries generated by Quizzings are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on Quizzings for critical educational assessments. The generated quizzes are intended as study aids and learning tools.

7. Service Plans and Limits

Quizzings offers different service plans with varying usage limits:

• Free Plan: 1 PDF upload per month, up to 10 pages, 1 quiz with 5 questions
• Starter Plan: 3 PDF uploads per month, up to 20 pages, 10 quizzes with 10 questions each
• Premium Plan: 5 PDF uploads per month, up to 50 pages, 25 quizzes with 10 questions each

We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

8. File Requirements

Uploaded PDFs must meet the following requirements:

• Maximum file size: 5MB
• Must be text-based (scanned/image-only PDFs are not supported)
• Page limits vary by plan
• Must be in PDF format

9. Limitation of Liability

Quizzings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your uploaded content and generated quizzes will be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Quizzings after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Company Information

Quizzings is a product owned and operated by Matutto FZ-LLC.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the significant operational and infrastructure costs required to provide and continuously improve our service, all purchases are final and we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage customers to review the service details carefully before purchasing, and our support team is always available to assist with any questions prior to subscribing.
